This week’s words of wisdom are in the form of a blog entry rather than a quote.
Leo at Zen Habits, after years of terrible health (overweight, addicted to junk food, smoker), is in the best shape of his life and enjoying life to the fullest as a minimalist. He recently shared his minimalist diet and philosophy on eating in this post titled: The Simplest Diet for Lean Fitness. I am quite impressed with his diet, which is a slightly cleaner version of my own.
Instead of summarizing or outlining (because I don’t want to leave anything out), please go and read The Simplest Diet for Lean Fitness. It is worth every second and could potentially change your life and your health forever. If you are still low on self-love and not ready to start living for your highest self just yet, do it for your son or daughter or husband or future son, daughter and husband. Do it for your mom or dad or best friend or even your dog. Do it and you’ll be glad you did.
